Company Background

In 2015, the BME Group purchased Nitech Ltd - a company originally based in East Sussex who manufactured temporary and portable industrial lighting for over 30 years.

Now called BME Nitech Ltd, with the head office in Aberdeen, Scotland, the company has implemented ISO 9001.2015, ATEX QAN and IECEx QAR management systems. The development of ATEX and IECEx Zone I lights has allowed BME Nitech Ltd to enter the global hazardous area lighting market while continuing to develop its range of robust, high quality, industrial lighting.
